Nei Kung & Bai Shi

Joint session going through and correction of the Nei Kung sets - Martial applications, therapeutic & health aspects.

For students who have gone through Bai Shi and just want correction this session is free of charge.

For students who want additional exercises or those interested in starting this kind of training there is opportunity to do Bai Shi. For further information talk to Paul.

After this session we head out for thursday late supper!
